    Self explanatory, but it is a normal portal with the abilitiy to be turned off by NSCN and turned on by PSCN, perhaps being able to workwith normal portals on the same channel.

    and what does it add to the game? If you want to stop a portal teleporting elements, just build a little system to stop the elements to get to the portal. Maybe with pistons closing the way or with PPIP that can be activated/disactivated with pscn/nscn too. Please read the discussion "How to suggest an element" before suggesting one.

    I don't even thing devs follow thier own rules, and so why shoud I? "we will never add sound to the game" So they add a "april fools" message for a joke(and a setting for sound in the options menu), meaning they do have the skill and time and code on hand to make a single pixel that can make a "beep" sound but just refuse to, They clearly know of code for logic gates, but won't add them "because".

     

    And the same argument goes for having both pipe and powered pipe, industructable walls, and powered clones.

    Because It makes more sense to just deactivate whatever it is instead of blocking stuff from getting to it.
