STOR is the most effective way to defend against these bombs. STOR is also naturally destructible by ACID and CAUS, so it could fit into a normal bunker or wall.

PIPE,PPIP both suck up Singularities and make them powerless, but too much SING can destroy the PIPE. When the PIPE is destroyed the SING is released again.

PRTI with PRTO “Outposts” can work too, the portals just need to last longer than the SING.
Portals are naturally indestructible though.

Multiple 1 pixel layers of VOID also work.
