Revive Cellproject!

    According to @miner256, the original Cellproject (id:3235610), created by @CATSSMAC, has been discontinued for over a month and he wants to return it! He made a petition to create Cellproject 2. The id is 3261223, so can you guys help him revive it? It really means a lot to him if it revives. If you're the first 5 people to sign, you become moderators if your're one of the first 10 people after 5 who signed it already, you will be sub-moderators. So please help him out!
