    so ive seen a nuclear reactor that when activated uses a mechanism to push neutrons out of a tight place i wanna know how to do it

    PSTN and FRME don't work with energy particles.  It would help if you show us this nuclear reactor.

    PIPE works with energy particles but if you're wondering how to make a neutron laser just make a normal laser and put invs on the output

    Also be aware that neutron lasers don't stay focused for long; they spread out as they go.
