Can you be more specific?

It seems like what happened is they told you they knew about your username change from 0x7 -> User_Name_is_LIMBO, but that doesn't count as bullying. Username changes are public and on your profile for a certain amount of time, so anyone can see that.

Edit: We resolved this on tptmp. Separately I also banned the unnecessary alt account, since each user only needs one account.
