The Powder Toy - Weird Low-Pass ish semiconduc... by Quacksol

Please inform me if this is already a known creation/element. I stumbled on it Just tinkering with electronics/ semiconductor effects. It only works with some specific proportions of n/p , this one is the only one i found that works. and please beware of overheating.

 im aware, just it sometimes behaves this way only with some specific ratios of n/p , was just wondering if this specific use case was already established
