Um, When you eccelerate PROT, it turns into SING. 

Check id:3317603 for an example. 

This would make PROT bombs more illegal to use because alot of bunkers ban AMTR or anything that creates/turns into AMTR. It also ruins PROT's ability to turn into a heavy element at high speed because AMTR can eat almost all of them.

It's prot+tung+(high velocity)=amtr.It doesn't conflict with It's prot+prot+( VEEEEERRRRRYYYYY high velocity)=amtr. 

More over,I think it can be extended to not only prot,but other elements,for example:

DEUT+URAN+(high velocity)=>Np238=>Pu238(PLUT)

 Protons already have to go at maximum veleocity to become SING; this reaction is nearly impossible and is usually only done by accident.  This is why making it so AMTR is made when protons collide at such a speed isn't a reaction that people would actually use.
