TPT isn't expected to give you a full 60fps all the time. It dips when a lot of particles are on screen.

FPS depends on how strong your computer is (especially at single core performance).

It's worth mentioning that although "intentional lag inducing or crashing saves are prohibited," searching "lagger" and "crasher" both give multiple pages of relevant results. Although it would be possible to report the most egregious examples, this seems like something that could be automatically detected relatively easily. A save could be categorized as suspicious if the first 10 frames takes more than 5 seconds on a specific computer, for example.

This wouldn't completely protect against lag inducing saves, of course, but it would at least set a standard and discourage intentional "laggers."

Tbh a lot of those saves don't lag my computer. Lagging is a bit subjective. And if a save makes it very obvious what it's going to do going in, I don't think it's a problem. The main reasons I unpublish lag saves is if they don't tell you in advance your game might crash, or if they are really egregious (for example, using a new undiscovered lag exploit that will lag even my PC).
