I decided to get rid of what i originally said because i honestly didn't appreciate the responses and im probably not gonna return to this, But i still stand with what i believe TPT needs. Plus i still stand with the fact that no, the TPT community is not too small for these features.

I can already rule out 2: The ability to delete any comments that you made can't be good because the mods won't be able to see all the comments you made, unless they check the server logs. Comment editing is basically the same case as comment deleting; the mods won't be able to see the offenses users make against the rules, so the mods would have to check the server logs.

See above. As for the first suggestion, the size of the community does not warrant the sort of self-moderation features that blocking users is one of. If a user is problematic, report them to us and we take care of it.

for the comment edititng one, maybe there could be a button to see previous edits?

Would it be too complicated to be able to set comments to be visible to mods only?

There would be no feedback system / link from the viewer and the creator.

Thats not what was being said, what was being said is the ability to make some comments only visible to mods. READ

I guess this ultimately boils down to the same thing where the community arguably isn't big enough for such features to justify their costs. Similar things would likely be true whether it's the commenter or the save owner that could hide their comments from non-moderators: lots of potential complexity and confusion for only modest benefits.

You could always report those who are not being in good faith... as @LBPHacker noted. Self moderation would lead to abuse/over reach in my opinion. I agree with the moderation stance and it should stay that way.
