Read the rules first, she's a moderator. People become moderators for private reasons, you can't ask to become a moderator. -

10) Don't ask how to be a moderator. There are no guidelines to follow for being made one, and the status is given for private reasons. If you do ask about it, the chances of being made a moderator become significantly smaller, and even then it's not that great or special being one. -
