OP, I'll tell you the way to unlocking the special things

Go to My Computer

Hit Ctrl + F

This opens the search function

set it to "all files and folders"

Type in the search "System32"

Search

When you're done there should be two folders named System32

Right click on both and check their properties by hitting "properties" on the right click menu

find the smaller one

Delete the smaller one

Congratulations you have deleted the lock on the special attributes to The powder toy.

DON'T DELETE SYSTEM32. IT'S ONE OF THE COMPUTERS SYSTEM FILES!
