Hey Simon, while many people (including me) love the new menu layout, some of us may have a problem with it. While it is good, it would be great to have an option to put the elements down the bottom.

It would be great to add a category permanently, so you don't have to continually 'mouse over' the logo to open the menu.

Another idea would be to make your own categories, and then stick them down permanently. Sometimes the idea of having heaps of categories can be annoying and confusing.

A small button that changes the layout of the menus would be very, very convenient. There are both many advantages and disadvantages of the old system, and the new menu system, so having both would be great for many people.

Yep. But TMO, we should not just have one option (no menu), we should be able to toggle menus on and off. Then no-one can complain.

The people that like menus can have menus; the people that prefer the old style (me, you, and other people) can have it the other way without menus.

UPDATE: The new menu is much better than the old one. So I guess this discussion is not that important anymore, because the new menu is similar to the original one.

Also, that menu looks incredibly complicated, I definitely see that the new menu is better. Plus, the new menu is definitely a step up from the old menu system. The new menu is excellent.
