New Element Conductivities Table

    I was bored, so... :D

    Yeah. I basically copied out the stats from the elements table in powder.h. It's the name for nothing :P

    It isn't o_o Doesn't make a difference what value it has if it isn't calculated.

    Must have taken awhile to do, and it should add to a lot more convenience to those who want to find out, although insl, qrtz, and pretty much anything related to metl worked fine for me.
