    Simon has agreed over PM with developers to implement a new voting system in the next version 47.1
    This will be similar to Youtube with 5 stars and etc. Allowing more variety and no down voting. Also to either give partial votes:
    -1 vote = 5 Stars
    -1/2 vote = 2.5 stars
    This should be enough to make a partial vote. Every partial will add up until 1 full vote. Please give feed back to implement or not. Remember this may reset or convert creation ratings if Simon can convert them.
