Put this file where you want to see a powdertoy/ directory. It will then download, extract, and open powdertoy.

Last time I was on windows... (It was XP or something...) Microsoft has a native zip creator / unzipper thingy.

Yeah, but only in the Home/Pro editions. Often, the Enterprise/N/J versions have no native support for stuff like that.
This is my fix. :3
Also, it does do all the work, so it can be for lazy people :D
