Uploading an element nobody else has

Well I didn't know where to put this topic. I put the topic here(even though I don't need help).
If I ever made a element which TPT doesn't have. Then made something with that element in TPT. Then upload the simulation to the server.
What would happen if someone clicked on my simulation?
What would happen to the element in that simulation? -
nobody could use it.
except people runnign that version -
won't load I think, that's what happened to me, but the new versions might just remove them.

My idea for an element is clay CLAY. When in contact with water, it turns into wet clay wCLY. When pressured, it turns to a powder. When water is added, it also turns into wet clay. It would melt into a lava at a very high temp. What do you guys think?
