Yus. And the rules are not meant to be absolute, the circumstances that caused us to make them are.
IE: Person gets banned. Goes to forums, makes drama and lots of threads in complaints.
Mods grumble after having to clean up, make a rule saying no discussing mod actions.
Regardless, it's not like it's atrocious or anything, but asking why you've been banned in public is asking for people to be very rude and flame and troll, which is most of the reason why those threads get deleted very quickly.
