Nope. If they accidently find a link to it, they can vote down. If you gave someone a bloody link they can vote it down.
Making something private only stops it from being found by searches.
If they found a link (fiddled with the ID at the end of a link) they could open it up. -

Whoever did it probably won't be on the forum, and had probably never been on the forums at all.
I would say about 80% of the people on this game are noobs who go around voting things down because they're jealous of them, steal things, generally cause hell and never post on the forums. -
I think the down-vote option should be removed. There should be up-votes, double up-votes or NO VOTES.

**** whoever came up with not removing deleted saves from the average score! Why do these ****TARDS have to vote everything down, even when it is private-saved so they don't!
