No. They were banned for a reason, usually spamming or flaming, qualities that are not missed.

Also, yes, why would you want to 'show your dedication to banned ones'? The recent ones were probably banned for trolling, flaming and spamming. We do not want that in our community. They were all banned for good reasons.
