Solid Neutrons

    It would give the same effect as neutrons but it's solid. For example if you pour oil on it; it would produce gas. This could be a new wall too. It would have to let particles through though if that's possible.

    We need real elements. Not made up things sorry. Besides. Neutrons are solid. Just a really really small solid that passes through other solids

    A better suggestion for this could be a wall that blocks neutrons and photons but lets everything else through.
