I think that when you down vote or up vote it should make you say why. that would be great. then you can actually know why someone up or down voted your upload. and if this is something added, lets just hope that some reasons aren't like "because I like chicken" or "because your username starts with B" or whatever. say something if you agree! also if they give you a dumb reason thene you have the right to report them.
