signing in on downloaded powder toys

on my downloaded version of powder toy. it wont let me log in. but when i go to the powder toy website and use the exact same log in it lets me log in. how do i fix it so i can log in on my downloaded version?

username is case sensitive on downloaded version, dunno if that'd solve it

i have the same problem as killball..
it says username or password incorrect but, like killball, the same password and username works on the website.
i have a theory though. maybe it doesnt login if you are using TPT off a jump/flash drive.
So, killball, are you using a flash drive? i am.
sadly i cannot download to a computer to test it because mine is super-slow and i cannot test my theory on school computers. -

No, it works off a USB stick, if that's what you're on about (well, last time I tried was v45.2)
