WATR to PTCT/NTCT - doesn't conduct

    Water doesn't conduct to either PTCT or NTCT, but NTCT/PTCT conducts to water. Is this a bug or intentional?

    i want it to be repaired, because by it I could not finish the project

    It's interesting, however I don't think it's useful feature/bug.
    It would be far more useful if it either
    - Water also conducts to PTCT/NTCT
    - PTCT/NTCT does not conduct to Water
