Stamps - What And How?

    I saw some people using "stamps" but neither i know what is it and how to use it.. I would appreciate an answer and a way it is done (if it is useful, but as i can see it is :P)

    They are like miniature offline saves. When inserting one you can press [CTRL]+R to rotate it. Clicking will place it. Any elements in the stamp will overwrite the elements where you place it.
