confusing bray/wifi

I am having a problem while makeing a bray display with imput331154View Save 331154
the instructions are in the save. i dont get why it makes the previously pressed arays to fire -

wifi channels change every 100,the 2 i marked both have their channel in the 200 range.
also the top aray on the left one doesn't fire with it's button373318View Save 373318
