    How do I program these chips?

    I see them everywhere, and I have no idea what they are or how they work.

    You put a ~ before a save ID to form a link.

    And as for that, it's all Greek to me... Though, oddly it looks similar to jacksonmj's word processor.

    Because they are PTCT and NTCT, I'm suspecting that you program them using heat.

    ah, these are blank dec to bin units, to use, place NSCN in the hole between NTCT and PTCT, which makes output=1, if there is no NSCN, output=0

    these are not "chips" as per processing units, but just single input to coded output.

    The same applies for PTCT to NTCT, using a dot of NSCN.
