New Color Tool Idea

I got this idea from paint. There is a feature that allows you to match a color to a preexisting color already in play. This would make it easier to come back through and fix any color spots that you might have missed the first time. If you used a random color and were trying to match it, it gets very difficult.

Please read the wiki before suggesting things. There is already a dropper tool for the deco layer.

Point where it is in the wiki instead of just saying it's there. I don't see something in the wiki about the dropper tool he's suggesting.

"There is a zoom tool, a sample tool, and there is even talk of adding console commands for it (set color watr 000000, that sort of thing) "

It's just common sense that the middle click button does the same in the deco layer as it does in the element layer.
