What do you mean by 'shine'?

You can make it glow by putting fire in it. then it will explode and create shiney firework

1) Keep exploding fireworks till u get the color you want
2) hold ALT and click on the color u want
3) draw around
4) profit

Or you can do it this way:

1: Draw some fireworks in the way you need it.
2: Enter the console
3: Enter the line " !set life firw 99999999"
4: Enter the line " !set tmp firw (number from 0 to about 500, it chooses the color)
5: Profit.
