Multi-function counter

I have just spent the past few days working on the first multi-function counter. You can start by choosing your setting, then just use the controls for that mode.
Feature list:
Count-down from 19
Automatic count-up to 19 (Then loops)
Manuel count up to 19 (Then loops)
Two speeds for auto and count-down
More features on the way!
