i have a problem with starting the powder.exe whenever i start it it is running in background so you don't see the screen and only can end it with task manager. redownloading doesn't works (already tried)
starting by running as a admin works but i want to start normally.
anyone knows how to fix this ??

also restarted my computer still did the same
