Is it written in .exe format? The computer is telling you that there's a risk. This is because a lot of viruses are written in .exe format.
Keep in mind that not all viruses are written in .exe, or that everything that is written in .exe is a virus. -

Everything is a risk, just eating pie is a risk of suffocating, getting fat, ruin your life because of that, make you commit suicide, or feel like you are hated by everything for nothing. -
Every single breath of air brings a risk of cancer. Air is just so super-reactive that in our lungs it could create a tumor every second of our life. Oxygen is poison for humans but still it's necessary for life. But do we stop breathing because of that? Nope...

it's not poison but if you would breath pure oxygen you could die because you would stop breathing
explanation for that: the brains do not get any signal that they need to breath again after a while.
