Weird explosion glitch

Basically if you make a thin breakable box made with explosive,
    http://oi51.tinypic.com/awymxe.jpg
this will happen, well most of the time.

The majority of the fire goes to the left and is mostly the first
then later other direction burts but not so strong like the left
and it happens most of the time in one direction the common on it left.

But it will never make an complete break even though it has no additional obstacles only contained in a box.
The Sphere does similar thing but more weirder.
    Whats the cause for it?

The FIRE pixels are slipping out of the 1 pixel thin BMTL, make it two pixels to stop it. NITR explosions don't have enough pressure to shatter BMTL, you'll need to add something else to break the shell.

Uhm it does pretty much same with all explosives available on it.

I tried also with 1 Pixel, pretty much the same effect like with >2 Pixel

it is like this because calculations are done in order of left>>top>>bottom>right

    Couldn't the calculation be randomised?
So that not one direction gets always used.
Often i notice on bombs that they rather go boom to the left instead of other direction
