So, I've made 2nd part of my planet. 1st part was a succes, so I decided to make another part. This time, I present you some interesting informations about this world. If you want to know more, ask in comments. I hope you like it.

I don't even know if the size is even valid. The limit for terrestrials is like, 2 Earths until the atmosphere gets too big and it turns into a Neptune. Nelarif (the inhabited non-toxic version of Monoara) is only a bit bigger for a reason, any bigger and it would be effectively uninhabitable/unrealistic.

Without that pink cloud layer, temperature on the planet would be much closer to -70 - -100 degrees. Most of heat the surface gets comes from the inside of the planet anyway. Seas of liquified carbonhydrades span the nearly-dark landscape.

Surface of this planet is extremely cold and resembles more of that on Titan. The issue is extreme pressure and high gravity. Similar to Venus, thick layer of pink-purple clouds blocks 99,5% of sunlight coming to the surface. Unlike on Venus though, this cloud layer does not create greenhouse effect but nuclear winter-type. The layer stops and reflects most of sunlight heat that would've reached the surface and sends it back where it's partially re-absorbed by gas in high atmosphere.

@EvonNaryziki I used standard SI units since it's not that big of a deal and makes other stuff easier to calculate. Also, yes, the atmosphere has many layers but they're just not displayed due to lack of visual space.

docRoboRobert (Sky base = Yes, ground base = No) Well, we could drop corrosion-resistant manned probes Venera-style into the atmosphere, and have them burrow into the ground, that kinda makes a pseudo-ground base. And, multiple missions landing in the same place, meaning they could dock and create a very large colony.

Also, why does the atomosphere not include layers, like troposphere or thermosphere?
-
Please use astronomy-based units like "Diameter: 5 Earths or something, it's too big

Thank you.
