How can I make a nuclear power plant?

Is there a way I could make some sort of power plant generating electricity (SPRK) by using uranium, by using its heat for example?

If you don't mind certain assumptions and not making it completely destructible, you can just boil water and use DTEC/LDTC/TSNS to get SPRK. If you want complete destructibility, then as far as I know, the only way to convert heat into SPRK is to use VIBR in combination with CFLM.

You could use BOYL or OIL to generate pressure to accelerate WTRV past VSNS to extract some energy and then use an NTCT thermoelectric generator to cool it back down and generate some extra energy in the process.

Take a look at some existing reactors (for example ID:2867243) and play with them. Carefully observe and look how they operate. The basic principle in most TPT reactors it that there are compartments filled with URAN, some pressure-generating devices and pressure-blocking control rods, that when extended, block all the pressure, preventing URAN from heating.

Control rods are overrated. If your reactor can melt down then you aren't extracting energy from it well enough.
